  • We understand that getting the right size first go can be tricky, (especially if it's a surprise). To ease that concern, we provide one complimentary resize for each ring, if it doesn't quite fit initially

    Wild to Ware extends the option of free resizing under the following conditions:

    • The items are returned within 21 business days from the date of delivery.

    • Resizing is required for adjustments of up to three sizes larger or smaller.

    Kindly note that Wild to Ware retains the prerogative to refuse the offer of free resizing if any of the aforementioned criteria are not met.

  • If your piece is in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. If it is out of stock, please allow 3-4 weeks (or up to 21 working days) before shipping for us to produce your piece.

    For a custom bespoke piece, the timeline depends on stones available at the time of enquiry and the design process.

  • Due to the nature of our hand sourced materials, pieces are all very limited. We update our website regularly as we source new stones and gold, so if you sign up to our e-newsletter or put your name on the product waitlist - you’ll be the first to know when it’s available to purchase.

  • Due to the nature of our hand-sourced materials, sapphires and gold nuggets may vary in size, shape and colour. Although we select stones and materials with similar characteristics, none are exactly the same. Every stone is one of a kind. Your piece will be unique.

    Please let us know if you have any special requests concerning the colour of your stone or shape of your nuggets - while we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the materials photographed, we want you to love the piece you get!

  • A “made to order” piece means that we don’t have it in stock. The item will be made for your order and will still be eligible for refund, return or exchange, provided it meets the criteria specified in our return policy.

    If an item is a “custom” or “special order,” this means that we do not have it in stock and it is a specialty item. All custom pieces will be ineligible for refund, return or exchange, and is therefore final sale.

  • Each piece of jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a sustainably made, timber Wild to Ware box when shipped. If the gift is a surprise, please let us know and we can make sure no branding appears on the shipment. That way it stays under wraps until the very last minute!

  • We can resize any Wild to Ware ring up or down for you. We offer this service for a subsidised fee. Please reach out to hello@wildtoware.com for more details.

  • While we do not provide a rush service or fee, if let us know your scheduling needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  • Wild to Ware pieces can only be purchased directly via our website by or contacting us directly.
