Southern Sky Sapphire Earrings

Our Southern Sky Sapphire earrings are hand-crafted from solid 18 carat yellow gold and feature two rose cut claw-set sapphires, fossicked from Tasmania, Australia.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Solid 18 carat yellow gold earring posts & backs. Two 0.15 ct. rose-cut, hand-fossicked Tasmanian blue sapphires.

Story

These studs are a tribute to the Milky Way and the eternal enigma of our southern sky. Our stars hold our stories as the homes of our ancestors, animals, plants and spirits.

The design is inspired by the shimmering stars that blanket us as we camp by curling smoke from crackling campfires on our field trips. Each delicate rose cut Australian sapphire is designed to refract light and reflect natural beauty.

Production & Delivery

Due to the nature of our hand-sourced materials, sapphires may vary in size, shape and colour. Although we select stones with similar characteristics, none are exactly the same. Every stone is one of a kind. Your piece will be unique.

Your piece will arrive in our signature walnut timber jewellery box; harvested under strict management systems to ensure the balance and biodiversity of the surrounding areas is maintained. A recyclable paper box with a compostable pouch and insert will accompany your new Wild to Ware piece.
